Cross Tower Project

DLM Builders, Inc. served as the general contractor for construction of the Cross Tower at Christ United Methodist Church, 410 North Holden Road. |

The foundation required special engineering in order to ensure the capability to withstand 150 mph wind force. The steel frame is lowered into place and attached to the massive foundation. |

The Tower midsection is hoisted into place. |

The "Crown" section is raised into place. |

Adding the Cross to the top of the 123 foot tower. Final structure completion included base masonry, lighting and landscaping. |
Gazebo Project
By special request, the DLM team was invited to create the Gazebo at the Cardinal Country Club.
The design is a custom collaboration and was built on site utilizing the finest materials available to ensure
beauty and years of service.
