Our Story

When DLM was getting its start back in the early ‘90s our project list included just about anything an old house might need. Our antique home in College Hill - and our neighbor’s homes - needed everything! We started working on tile and hardwood floors, plumbing, structural repairs, and much more. Branching out of the neighborhood, we talked with many people who wanted to make their homes more functional and livable, and were looking for a professional Greensboro remodeler to do a complete kitchen makeover or add a master bedroom and bath. DLM had been successfully creating and updating spaces in Greensboro’s three historic districts, and becoming more well-known all over town. More about us →

The 15th Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes is August 24-26 noon to five pm each day. DLM has participated in every Tour since its inception, bringing you some of the very best in remodeling in the Greensboro / Triad area!

Summertime in the Garden!

One of the things I remember most about my grandmother was her love of growing things and the care she lavished on her collection of flowering plants, shrubs and trees surrounding her little home in Laurinburg.
